How the Raffle Works

This one-of-a-kind opportunity to own a piece of history will end during our 2022 Annual Friends of Butler County Shooting Sports banquet on Friday, March 4th. Sheriff Jones will be present to draw the winner at the event. The winner does not need to be present to win. If you would like to join us at the banquet you can purchase tickets at www.AFLF.org/banquet-sales. Ticket numbers will be assigned sequentially and will be provided to you at checkout. All tickets will be printed and placed into a bin at the event to be drawn by Sheriff Jones live.

Winner can have the firearm shipped to any Ohio FFL at their own expense or pick it up from Right 2 Arm Firearms. Only Ohio residents may purchase tickets.

Sheriff Richard K. Jones Henry Golden Boy

Custom engraved, this one-of-a-kind firearm displays a striking artist rendition of Sheriff Jones on the left side of the rifle’s breech, with the Sheriff’s distinguished signature engraved to the left of his image. On the right side of the rifle’s breech is a reproduction of Sheriff Jones personal badge, flanked to the left and inscribed just below the badge is the Latin motto “SPECTEMUR AGENDO” meaning “LET US BE JUDGED BY OUR ACTS”.

Sheriff Jones is currently serving his fifth term as Butler County Sheriff. Sheriff Jones’ distinguished service history as leader and administrator of the Butler County Sheriff’s Office for over 25 years, reflects a continuing dedication and commitment to the safety of everyone in Butler County.

Raffle Disclosures

Eligibility, Validity and Other Requirements

Void where prohibited by law. Only individuals with residence in Ohio and who are 18 years or older may enter. Employees, officers, directors, and trustees of The American Liberty Freedom Foundation, Inc., (AFLF) and Right 2 Arms Firearms, LLC., and members of their household are not eligible to participate. Guns awarded as prizes will be distributed through a licensed dealer and only in compliance with federal and state laws and applicable local ordinances. If a winner is not a resident of Ohio or is ineligible to receive a prize under relevant state, federal or local laws and regulations, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be chosen. Any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable. There will be no prize substitution. The winner will be notified by phone, email, and/or mail. Entry constitutes consent for the use of the name and image of the winner. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductible. There will be no refunds for tickets purchased.

Drawing and Winner

All guns, gear, and other prizes will be given away at the conclusion of the raffle after an eligible winner is selected. Ticket numbers assigned sequentially prior to the drawing and will be delivered via email. The drawing will be held at the 2022 Annual Butler County Friends of Youth Shooting Sports Banquet and the winner will be drawn by Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones. Winner does not need to be present to win. Winner can have the firearm shipped to any Ohio FFL at their own expense or pick it up from Right 2 Arm Firearms.

Notifications

Drawing dates, number assignments, and raffle notifications are provided via the email address ticket buyers enter at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the ticket buyer to provide a working email address and to check for raffle-related messages in a timely fashion. The American Liberty Freedom Foundation, Inc., and Right 2 Arms Firearms, LLC., is NOT responsible for email addresses that are misspelled, non-functional, or which bounce or are blocked in any way.
